f. richardson, jr. (pre-service
teacher education task force, in-service
teacher education task force) is the assistant superintendent
for marion school district one. he received both his b.a. and m.
ed. in social studies education and his ed.s. in educational administration
from the university of south carolina in orangeburg. before his
current position, he taught at marion elementary school and high
school and was the teacher in residence at carolina center for teacher
recruitment. he has held many administrative roles in area schools,
and immediately prior to his employment in marion school district
one, he served as the assistant superintendent in rains-centenary
school district three.
