j.
ron faulkenberry (pre-service
teacher education task force, in-service
teacher education task force) is dean of the school
of education and professor of health education at francis marion
university, where he has taught since 1974. dr. faulkenberry received
his ed.d. from the university of south carolina in 1979. before
his appointment at fmu, ron taught in public school at the elementary,
middle and secondary levels. his research interests include health
risk management, and instructional and curricular approaches and
development.
