elkins (pre-service teacher
education task force) is currently the director of
school reform for dillon county school district two. prior to this
position, she has held numerous positions, including principal of
east elementary school in dillon, south carolina, director of school
to work in the dillon county schools for four years, and music teacher
and band director for five years. ms. elkins also served as the
director of the dillon county chamber of commerce for five years.
