mohr (in-service teacher education
task force) is a standards and assessment specialist
at the sc state department of education with over 25 years of experience
working with students, teachers, faculties, and administrators across
universities, schools and districts in designing and analyzing research
studies and interpreting test scores. additionally, she is involved
in the development and delivery of staff development and training
on standards and assessment and the design of state standards and
curriculum and strategies for improving teaching.
