sharon
moore askins (pre-service teacher
education task force) is assistant professor in the
francis marion university school of education after twenty-nine
years in k-12 public education. dr. askins was a teacher, assistant
principal, principal, and an assistant superintendent for instruction
for twenty-seven years in florence county school district three,
and she recently served as a state department of education principal
leader in lee county and in orangeburg consolidated school district
five.
