| fmu center of excellence directory william p. fox (curriculum development project) is professor and chair of the mathematics department at francis marion university, where he teaches all levels of college mathematics. he earned the b.s. degree from the united states military academy, the m.s. degree from the naval postgraduate school in monterey, ca, and the ph.d. from clemson university. prior to his tenure at fmu, fox taught mathematics at the united states military academy. |
