| FMU Center of Excellence Goals and Activities: Goal 2 - Activity 10
Activity 10: Consortium of Coaches and Instructional Leaders Several schools employ coaches to work with their teachers. At present, these coaches operate in isolation to a large degree. The Center of Excellence will host two half-day meetings per semester, with an emphasis on discussing common problems and solutions, as well as finding ways of integrating improvement efforts across programs and schools. The minutes of these minutes will be published on the website in a user-friendly format. Fall 2008 - Spring 2009
