| fmu center of excellence goals and activities: goal 5 - activity 2 activity 2: secure funding to expand scope and mission. the center of excellence grant writers will write proposals for grants that would provide the funding needed to continue the activities related to goals 1 through 4 as well as to expand the scope and mission of the center. this activity would begin in year 3 (2006-2007) and continue through year 5 (2008-2009).
