the
fmu center of excellence to prepare teachers of children of poverty
awarded five professional development grants to student teachers
in the spring ’08 school year. all of the student teachers
are fmu undergraduate and graduate students and together they
received almost $5,000 to use in their student teaching classrooms
this semester.
