To unite the Pee Dee region, the Center of Excellence decided to release E-Briefs quarterly beginning in Fall of 2007.  This project, that was featured in the 2008 Promising Partnership Practices book, had a price tag of $0.  District Facilitators, principals, and ATPs were ethusiastic about the e-briefs, that allowed the schools to share and borrow ideas from one another.  The e-briefs also provide recognization and encouragement to the 13 school districts included.
