Teachers of Children of Poverty -- The Time Has Come For You To Share Your Expertise!

Do you have a “best practice” that you would like to share with other educators who teach children of poverty?  What strategies are you using to help students achieve in the classroom and in life?  The Center of Excellence (COE) to Prepare Teachers of Children of Poverty knows that teachers are the experts in the classroom. 

The COE wants to feature you and your ideas in its publication entitled, “Important Work: Teaching Children of Poverty – Classroom Strategies for Teachers by Teachers.”  The publication is designed to give PK-12 grade teachers in COE Partner Districts the opportunity to share effective teaching and learning strategies that help students be the best they can be.
