Dakeda Horton is applying her experience as a former juvenile detention social worker to an after-school anger-management program she co-founded for schoolchildren on Chicago’s South Side. Bounce for Joy, in which Horton teams with parent Ronda Howard, helps youngsters channel emotions into art, science, fitness and other activities.
