“Synergize on 6” is a school-wide leadership initiative we started at Warsaw Elementary School in response to a desire to see our students shine. All of our first- through fifth-grade students learn about, apply, interview for, and receive leadership positions that uphold our school mission to “Learn, Lift, and Lead.”
