Finding your passion depends on actively developing your interests with an open mind, rather than waiting for them to be revealed, researchers from Stanford and Yale-National University of Singapore say. Psychologist and lead researcher Paul O’Keefe says students should develop a growth mindset instead of a rigid sense of what their interests are to increase their chances of finding their real passions.
