Stress may disrupt students’ ability to learn, but simply insulating them from the pressure doesn’t give them the life skills to live in the real world. While teachers and students can’t avoid stress altogether, they can learn to cope with it. Prepare students by teaching and modeling surefire strategies for stress management.
