Sparks, S. D. (2019, August 05). High School Naps May Boost Learning for Sleep-Deprived Teenagers. Retrieved August 2, 2019.

Teens can benefit as much from a two hour nap compared to cramming for a test, and the information is remembered for a longer time. Alertness, focus, motivation, and ability all increase in students who have an afternoon nap.
