Soccer is helping school resource officers at a Virginia high school support students — who are primarily immigrants and from low-income homes — and demonstrate positive police interactions. Officer Johnny Larios says he has seen a positive transformation since the first season when there were some tensions among the students, some who are Latino and others who are Afghan.
