Promising Partnership Practices

Each year schools, districts, organizations, and state members of NNPS share their success stories in the book Promising Partnership Practices. Published each year since 1998 this collection of books, features practices of school, family, and community partnerships that create a welcoming school climate and support student success from preschool through high school. Promising Partnership Practices at Johns Hopkins

The NNPS established at Johns Hopkins University annually publishes Promising Partnership Practices, a collection of activities contributed by schools, districts, states, and organizations that promote family and community engagement for fostering greater student academic achievement. Since it began in 1998, the collection boasts 1200 practices for increasing parent and community involvement in the lives of children in and of poverty.  NNPS members are encouraged to submit new and innovative best practices.
