New data from ACT shows a decline in scores on the college entrance exam, especially in math and English, with the fewest number of students hitting required benchmarks in 15 years. Asian American students have improved their scores over the past five years, while students from low-income families and other minorities continue to lag behind peers from affluent, white families.
