Students may be surrounded by technology, but that does not mean they automatically know how to use digital tools effectively for learning. This article challenges assumptions about students’ technology skills and highlights the importance of explicitly teaching them how to navigate and use digital resources successfully. Providing thoughtful guidance and support can help ensure that technology enhances learning rather than becoming another barrier.
